Unlike traditional training that jumps straight to technique, UPGRADE follows the psychology of transformation:
Phase 1-3: Address mindset and psychological barriers (UNBLOCK, PREPARE, GRASP)
Phase 4-6: Build skills and delivery capability (RELATE, ADAPT, DELIVER)
Phase 7: Create sustainable growth systems (EVOLVE)
Each phase uses the A.C.T. framework:
