If you need to cancel:

- More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund

- 3-7 days before: 50% refund or transfer to another date

- Less than 3 days: No refund, but you can transfer to another date if space is

available

We use Zoom. You'll receive the meeting link 24 hours before the workshop via email. No Zoom account is required, you can join directly through your web browser from the link. If you have Zoom downloaded, you can use that. Make sure you have a working camera and microphone. This will be a cameras on workshop.

A quiet space where you won't be interrupted for 2.5 hours, a working camera and microphone, and something to write with (digital or pen and paper). Your digital workbook will be sent via email before the session so you can download it in advance.

Absolutely. Many people find it helpful to attend with someone they trust. Each person needs to book and pay individually, but you're welcome to go through the experience together.

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details. Over the next few days, you'll get a series of emails to prepare you for the workshop, including what to expect, what to bring, and how to get the most out of the experience. For virtual workshops, you'll receive the Zoom link 24 hours before the session.
