Challenge one limiting belief using the A.C.T. framework (Accept, Create, Transform)
Take brave action by delivering a 30-second speech to the group (yes, really, and you'll surprise yourself)
Leave with one concrete commitment for the next two weeks (because transformation requires action, not just awareness)

Most public speaking training focuses on technique: stand here, gesture like this, structure your talk this way.

ACCEPT: You'll name the specific thought stopping you. Not "I'm nervous." The actual belief. We can't address what we don't acknowledge.
CREATE: You'll envision yourself without that barrier. What becomes possible? Who do you become? Vision creates direction.
TRANSFORM: You'll act. One 30-second speech. One two-week commitment. Small. Brave. Because insight without action is just thinking.

This workshop starts with the panic. We address thoughts, beliefs, fear first.
Technique comes later.
We understand that circumstances change.

That's fine. You'll complete the assessment at the start of the workshop. It takes less than 10 minutes. If you've already completed it before booking, you'll be given a special activity to deepen your insights during that time.
