Service and Product Usage
Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product from us you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. This includes downloading, printing or storing the material for your personal reference. You are not permitted to:
Share or redistribute the product
Modify, resell or use the product in a way that could harm Amarkai Ltd’s brand or reputation
Legal action may be taken if these terms are breached.
Services
Our services are provided with the aim of bringing measurable positive change. To achieve this you must actively engage and participate in any coaching, training or sessions provided.
If you fail to attend scheduled sessions without notice we reserve the right to charge for the session unless cancellation terms have been agreed.
Refund Policy
Digital Products
Refunds are not permitted on digital products due to their instant availability once purchased. If a money-back guarantee is explicitly stated on the product sales page refunds will be issued provided all the guarantee conditions are met.
Requests for refunds should be emailed to [email protected] with a clear explanation. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks via your payment provider for any purchases. All payments for digital products are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product in question.
User Conduct
By engaging with our services or using our products you agree to act respectfully and honestly toward our team and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of your access to services without refund.
You are responsible for ensuring any information provided to us is accurate at the time of booking or purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to products and services purchased through our website. For services that are confirmed through a separate proposal and agreement, the terms within that agreement will take precedence.
