Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before continuing to use the website or any of the related services, as these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as the 'Customer', 'you' or 'your') and Amarkai Ltd, and its affiliates (‘Amarkai Group’, 'Amarkai Coaching', 'Amarkai Consulting', ‘Us’, or ‘We’, or 'Our'), and check them periodically for changes.

We may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time by posting notice on Our website at https://www.amarkaigroup.com and/or email Our mailing list to notify of changes. Your continued use of the Service shall constitute your consent to any changes made. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should not use the Service.

Using our website and purchasing, downloading and using our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.

Product Licence

Your purchase of any of our products constitutes being granted to you of a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable licence to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own personal storage, retention and reference (the “purpose”).

You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. This is only for personal use. You cannot amend, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, quote or paraphrase any part or the content to any third party within this book without the consent of the author or copyright owner. You also agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation. Legal action may be pursued if this is breached.

Intellectual Property

All products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

Refund Policy

Due to the electronic and instant availability of the digital products, once purchased, no refunds will be permitted. The only exception to this condition is if a money back or satisfaction guarantee has been clearly indicated on the checkout page. In this case, refunds will be honoured, only if the conditions for the money back guarantee have been met.

To request a refund, email info@amarkaigroup.com stating your reason for a refund request.

You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you instigate any chargebacks through your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you, for any of our products, are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the relevant sales page.

In the event that no money back or satisfaction guarantee has been applied to the product(s) in question, no refund will be honoured. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased in any way, please email the address above with your concerns and we will be in touch to resolve the matter.

Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion.

Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us for the supply of downloadable electronic / digital products, and shall supersede any prior agreements whether made in writing, orally, implied or otherwise.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be permitted. The only exception to this condition is if the Coach has agreed to offer a refund due to her unavailability to schedule a coaching session within a reasonable timeframe 2 weeks, unless a specific timeframe has been allocated for the coaching offer/package. In this case, refunds will be honoured, only if the conditions for the money back guarantee have been met.
