Anthea Armar is a coach, learning consultant and motivational speaker who values honesty, creativity and a sense of adventure. She has travelled the world, delivered global training programmes, had her photos exhibited in UK and New York, spoken in numerous conferences, summits and podcasts and coached clients across the world (thanks Zoom!).

Amarkai Group is a London (UK) based consultancy with a global reach, working with entrepreneurs and business leaders to create more impact, profit and success through the development of their people, processes and technology.

With over 20 years’ experience in learning and development, change management, coaching, mentoring and business process improvement, Amarkai Group has the expertise to help your business thrive. We believe that people are the heart of any organisation – they are its most valuable asset.

Down to earth, with a quirky sense of humour, Anthea is a ball of energy who attracts attention, engagement and the occasional giggle from the get-go. She will leave you feeling motivated, inspired and open to possibility, long after she’s “left the stage.”


When not coaching, training or speaking, you can find Anthea cooking or out and about with her camera, creating new perspectives.


She is no stranger to ‘life’, having experienced its often-turbulent ups and downs to navigate to a place that has enabled her to help others sail through trouble waters, reach the other side and successfully say “I did it.”

Through our Coaching services we are able to help you overcome your fears, which may be putting up the barriers to your success and stopping you from realising your dreams. Once you reach a point on your coaching journey where you can see that your vision is within reach, we will help you devise the necessary action steps to move forward and in turn support you in launching or scaling your business.


We take into careful consideration that every person has a unique purpose to fulfil and understand that your journey starts and ends in a completely different way to anyone else. This is why we also offer a Group Coaching service and love working in a 1:1 capacity as we want you to realise that unique purpose of yours.
